Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States

- Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
- Transit Time: 5–15 Business Days
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–18 Business Days

International Orders

- Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
- Transit Time: 7–20 Business Days
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–23 Business Days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order contents.

From time to time, Cannon Outdoor may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be shipped from different fulfillment centers or suppliers. In these cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages and on different delivery dates.

You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment when applicable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and an order has already been shipped, Cannon Outdoor cannot guarantee successful redelivery or reimbursement of shipping charges.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Customs inspections
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Public holidays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing may require customers to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.
